Strength Within

Global Harvesters Full Gospel Church

Ephesians 3:20 (NASB95) - “Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.”

Have you ever felt weak on the inside—like your energy, patience, or faith is running low? Many times we pray for God to change our situation, but Paul’s prayer in Ephesians 3 shows us something powerful: God wants to change us from within.

Paul prayed that believers would be strengthened “with power through His Spirit in the inner being.” Real power doesn’t come from what we can control on the outside—it comes from the Spirit renewing us on the inside. It’s like charging your phone; no matter how perfect the screen looks, without power, it won’t work.

This inner strength allows Christ to dwell in our hearts—to make Himself at home in every part of our lives. It helps us stand firm in love, stay rooted in faith, and experience the depth of Christ’s love that goes beyond knowledge. The more we know His love, the more we are filled with His fullness—and the more His power flows through us.

God’s power in you is not distant or limited. It’s the same power that raised Jesus from the dead! It strengthens you in weakness, sustains you in trials, and enables you to live with courage and faith.

Where do you feel weak or weary today? Remember, God’s power is already working within you. Ask Him to strengthen your heart through His Spirit and help you walk in His power and love.

Prayer:
Father, thank You for Your power at work in me. Strengthen my heart through Your Spirit. Fill me with Your love and help me walk in confidence, not fear. Let Your power and presence shine through my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
